Volunteers

The Mudgee Historical Society Inc is made up entirely of volunteer members who perform many tasks primarily at the Society’s headquarters, the Mudgee Museum.

These tasks may involve administration, conservation, research, data entry, curating, cleaning, gardening and maintenance.

Every Tuesday morning since the early 2000s volunteer members have attended a working bee at the Museum, a highlight of which is morning tea. These Tuesday working bees have been most productive and the efforts of all volunteer members are equally valued.

Volunteer members also man the Museum which is open seven days a week all year round. Their input is also appreciated.
